Our General Terms and Conditions
For Reservations of courses this registration form should be used.
If you want to change the reservations before TangoWeek, it would be enough just to log on again and to modify your data.
You can pay and pick up the tickets during the working hours in the festival centre or the week before TangoWeek in Silbando Club. Tickets for performances could be also bought the same evening, an hour before the beginning at the earliest. Your reservations will be held to the half an hour before the beginning.
If you, according to the reservations, want to pick up your Week-/Days-/Weekend-/Beginners-/General-tickets, you should tell this during the payment. You can get this kind of ticket only if you have paid for it before the beginning of the first course or performance. There are 6 kinds of such tickets. Please, inform yourself here www.tangowoche.ch/preisepasse_en.html how many courses and which performances are included in each of them.
Office working hours:
- Friday, 22th of July, from 18:00 till 23:00
- Saturday, 23th of July to Tuesday, 25th of July, from 10:30 till 19:30
- Thursday, 28th of July and Friday, 29st of July, from 10:30 till 19:30
You cannot return the tickets you bought. The payments should be made in swiss francs and cash only.
Course languages are English and German.
An insurance of the members is their own responsibility.
